REGISTRATION

Registration is now open for all participants, including authors, exhibitors, and other interested parties.  The deadline for an early registration discount is August 15th (on-line or by mail prior 11:59 PM EDT). Prices for various registration categories are provided at the bottom of this page.

There are three ways to register for the OCEANS conference: as Corresponding Author; as Attendee (including non-corresponding authors), and as Exhibitor.  Please read below to see which method you should use.

Corresponding Author

If you are the corresponding author of a conference paper or of a student poster and have been notified that your abstract has been accepted, please follow the login instructions contained in your acceptance email and on the Author's Instructions  page.  These instructions will take you through the paper upload process, including copyright, PDF eXpress, and Paper Registration.You will be registering for the conference as part of the Paper Registration process, so please do not use the Attendee registration page linked in the next section.

Participants in the Student Poster Competition will have their paper registration fees waived as part of the process.  One Paper Registration fee may cover up to three papers.

Conference attendees who are not submitting papers register here.

Registration is required even if you plan to attend only the exhibition portion of OCEANS'10 Seattle.  The Exhibition Hall admission is free.  Registration is also required for tutorials and other conference events.

Pricing

Below are costs broken into various categories. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Payment will be accepted in all forms (credit card, check, cash, purchase-order, and wire-transfer) but payments made by purchase-order and wire-transfer will incur a $15 surcharge in addition to the amount of registration.

Social Events and Luncheons Pricing

The social events and luncheons are included for persons with full registration.  One-day registrations, and Exhibits only registrations include no social events or luncheons except for the Exhibitors Reception on Tuesday and the Lunch in Exhibits Hall on Thursday.  Tickets for other social events or luncheons can be purchased during registration.  Prices are:

Welcome Reception: $40
MTS and IEEE Award Luncheons: $55 each
Museum of Flight Gala: $75
